网格化社会治理专业队伍建设的路径

新世纪以来,随着我国经济社会的转型,利益需要的加剧,社会矛盾的涌现,基层社会治理面临空前挑战。为适应这种挑战,网格化社会治理应运而生。作为网格化社会治理成功实现的关键性因素,网格专业队伍的建设至关重要。目前我国网格化社会治理专业队伍建设还存在着网格化社会治理体制机制不健全、网格队伍专业化程度总体不高、网格队伍责任奉献精神薄弱等问题,这些问题使网格化社会治理难以达到预期的治理效果,阻碍了国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的进程。为此,必须科学划分权力清单、完善考核标准、健全监督机制、加强部门联动以加强网格化社会治理体制机制建设;必须因才用人、广纳贤士、培养网格人才以提高网格队伍专业化水平;必须加强思想宣传教育,发挥党员干部的带动作用,以增强网格化社会治理专业队伍的责任意识与奉献精神。

Since the beginning of the new century,with the transformation of China’s economy and society,the need for interests has intensified,and the emergence of social contradictions,grass-roots social governance is facing unprecedented challenges.In order to adapt to this challenge,grid social governance came into being.As a key factor for the successful realization of grid social governance,the construction of grid professional team is very important.At present,China’s grids exist in social governance professional team construction grids social governance system is not sound,the grid team overall level of profession is not high,the grid team responsibility dedication spirit is weak,these problems make the grid community governance is difficult to achieve the desired effect,and hinder the modernization of the national management system and management ability.For this reason,we must scientifically divide the list of powers,improve the assessment standards,improve the supervision mechanism,strengthen the linkage of departments and other ways to strengthen the construction of grid social governance system;it is necessary to improve the professional level of grid team by employing talents,recruiting talents and cultivating grid talents.We must strengthen ideological propaganda and education,give play to the leading role of party members and cadres,and strengthen the spirit of responsibility and dedication of grid team.
