精准扶贫战略中图书馆对乡镇老年人信息扶贫服务研究

Research on the Library’s Information Poverty Alleviation Service for the Elderly in Villages and Towns in the Strategy of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

精准扶贫是新时代我国扶贫开发战略的重大转型,而信息扶贫是精准扶贫工作的重要一环。在国家精准扶贫的战略背景下,基于川东北南充市西充县乡镇老年人信息需求情况及图书馆对乡镇老年人信息扶贫服务现状与问题,从精准把握乡镇老年人的信息需求、优化信息服务供给侧、精心组织乡镇老年人所需信息、分层应对乡镇老年人信息需求、各级图书馆协同开展信息服务、促进老人主体性参与等方面探讨了图书馆对乡镇老年人信息精准扶贫服务的创新路径。

Targeted poverty alleviation is a major transformation of China’s poverty alleviation and development strategy in the new era,and information poverty alleviation is an important part of targeted poverty alleviation.Under the background of the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,based on the information needs of the elderly in Xichong County,Nanchong City,Northeast Sichuan Province and the current situation and problems of the library’s information poverty alleviation services for the elderly in the villages and towns,this paper focuses on accurately grasping the information needs of the elderly in the villages and towns,optimizing the supply side of information services,organizing the information needed by the elderly in the villages and towns,responding to the information needs of the elderly in different levels,and books at all levels.This paper discusses the innovative path of carrying out targeted poverty alleviation services for the elderly in villages and towns in terms of the library's collaborative development of information services and the promotion of the elderly’subjective participation.
