摘要 我国民办幼儿园教师队伍存在总体数量不足、专业水平偏低、教师自我身份认同偏低、缺乏专业自信、教师流动性太大、教师工作压力大等问题。民办幼儿教师队伍治理强调发挥各要素主体作用,从外部和内部两方面途径综合施策。外部主要是从政府、社会、幼儿园管理者出发,内部主要是从民办幼儿教师自身出发,发挥多主体主动性积极性,相互协调,实施民办幼儿教师队伍治理策略。 There are some problems in the private kindergarten teacher troop in China,such as insufficient staff scale,low professional level,low self-identity,lack of professional confidence,too much mobility of teachers,and great pressure of teachers.Private school teacher troop management emphasizes giving play to the main role of the elements and taking comprehensive measures from both exterior and interior aspects.Externally,it mainly starts from the government,society and kindergarten managers,while internally,it mainly starts from private preschool teachers themselves,giving play to the initiative and enthusiasm of multiple subjects,coordinating with each other,and implementing the management strategy of private preschool teachers.
