人才培养方案是专业人才培养工作的总体设计,是高职专业建设的重要内容。根据现阶段高职人才培养方案建设的实际,人才培养方案建设应基于人才培养的视角,构建完整的专业人才培养体系;须打破学科式教育的桎梏,优化工学结合人才培养模式;须响应各方利益诉求,构建彰显“外适性”特征的人才培养质量评价体系;应聚焦人才培养过程,强化人才培养方案实施的条件保障;应立足人才培养方案对教、学活动的规范和引领,系统开展人才培养方案解读。

Talent training program is the overall design of professional talent training work and the important content of higher vocational specialty construction.According to the current situation of higher vocational talent training program construction,the construction of talent training program should be based on the perspective of talent training,to build a complete professional talent training system.It is necessary to break the shackles of discipline education and optimize the cultivation mode of work-integrated learning.It is necessary to respond to the interest demands of all parties and build a talent training quality evaluation system with the characteristics of“exotrophy.”We should focus on the process of talent training and strengthen the guarantee of the conditions for the implementation of talent training scheme.Based on the standard and guidance of the talent training program for teaching and learning activities,we should systematically interpret the talent training program.
