地方高师院校文化育人路径的探索与构建——以西华师范大学为例

Exploration and Construction of the Cultural Education Path of Local Normal Colleges:Taking China West Normal University as an example

文化育人是当今学校教育的共同追求,也是当前高等院校内涵发展、提升核心竞争力的必由之路。西华师范大学长期注重文化育人,从聚焦“两课”——文化课堂、文化讲座,培育“三心”——感恩之心、奋进之心、奉献之心,打造“四节”——校园文化艺术节、社团文化艺术节、新生文化节、创新创业文化节,弘扬“五化”——红色文化、三国文化、丝绸文化、民俗文化、嘉陵江文化等方面着手,形成了较为清晰的文化育人路径,对新时代高校以美育人、以文化人具有借鉴意义。

Being the only way towards connotation development and improvement of core competence for higher education institutions,educating students with culture is the common pursuit of school education.Therefore,China West Normal University has long attached great importance to cultural education.In the guidance of cultural education,it focuses on“two lessons”-classroom teaching and cultural lectures,cultivates“three qualities”-gratefulness,endeavor and dedication,celebrates“four festivals”-campus culture festival,community culture festival,freshman culture festival and innovation and entrepreneurship culture festival,promotes“five cultures”-red culture,three kingdoms culture,silk culture,folk culture and Chia-ling river culture.This is how it developed the path of cultural education,which is of reference significance for colleges and universities to educate people with beauty and culture in the new era.
