高等学校图书馆纸质图书采访质量评价研究——以沈阳农业大学图书馆为例

An Empirical Study on the Evaluation of Paper Book Acquisition Quality in College and University Libraries--A Case Study of Shenyang Agricultural University Library

纸质图书采访质量评价指标体系的构建是确保高等学校图书馆纸质图书采访质量的重要举措之一,是提升馆藏质量和服务质量的有效手段,是解决纸质图书采访日常工作的现实难题,为纸质图书采访学的理论研究提供新的内容和方法。本研究以沈阳农业大学图书馆为例,运用层次分析法和专家调查法对纸质图书采访质量指标进行权重确定,利用灰色系统理论构建纸质图书采访质量的多层次灰色模糊综合评价模型计算得出,沈阳农业大学图书馆纸质图书采访质量灰色模糊综合评价值为5.4457,介于评价灰数5.0~7.0之间,对应评价等级在"良"与"中"之间。实证研究结果表明,沈阳农业大学图书馆纸质图书采访质量属于中等偏上水平。探究实际纸质图书采访质量与理想状态存在的差距,目的是为有效提高纸质图书采访质量的水平提供重要的参考依据。高等学校图书馆应加强甄别纸质图书质量,优化纸质图书采访工作管理,提升纸质图书采访馆员素质,深度挖掘和采访具有社会影响力的优秀图书,择优选用纸质图书供应商,多渠道开展纸质图书采访评价,以提高高等学校图书馆纸质图书采访质量。

The construction of the evaluation index system of paper book acquisition quality is one of the important measures to ensure the quality of paper book acquisition in university library.It can improve the collection and service quality and solve the practical problems in the daily work of paper book acquisition,even provide new contents and methods for the theoretical research of paper book acquisition.Taking Shenyang Agricultural University Library as an example,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and expert survey were used to define the weight of paper book acquisition quality index,and the grey system theory was further used to build a multi-level grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of paper book acquisition quality.Based on this model,the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value of paper book acquisition quality for Shenyang Agricultural University Library is 5.4457.This value agrees well within the evaluation grey number ranging between 5 and 7,indicating that the corresponding evaluation level is between"good"and"medium".Therefore,it is concluded that the paper book acquisition quality of Shenyang Agricultural University Library is the middle level.Our results reveal a gap between the actual paper book acquisition quality and the ideal state,providing an important reference for effectively improving the quality of paper book acquisition in colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality of paper book acquisition,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including strengthening the screening of book quality,optimizing the management of paper book acquisition,improving the quality of paper book acquisition librarians,in-depth mining and acquisition of excellent books with social influence,selecting the best book supplier and peforming paper book acquisition evaluation through multiple channels.
