当今全球正处在一场巨大的变革之中,经济全球化和金融危机等带来一系列挑战,因此,改进全球治理体系刻不容缓。全球治理的理念体现治理的价值,指引治理的方向,指导治理的实践。随着近些年来中国经济水平和综合国力的不断提升,中国在世界占据十分重要的地位,在全球治理活动中凸显出越来越重要的作用。新时代全球治理理念具有扬弃西方全球治理理念、弥补西方全球治理的失灵和顺应新兴国家期待的新方案的价值,但目前全球治理进程中面临治理理念落后、治理协调困难、治理权利垄断和治理规则滞后等问题,对此,应该促进全球治理理念创新发展,推动全球治理体系协调变革,打破全球治理权利垄断壁垒,为应对全球治理挑战贡献中国智慧。

Nowadays,the world is in the process of great changes,and economic globalization and financial crisis bring a series of challenges.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the global governance system.The concept of global governance embodies the value of governance,guides the direction of governance,and guides the practice of governance.With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level and comprehensive national strength in recent years,China occupies a very important position in the world and plays an increasingly important role in global governance activities.In the new era,the concept of global governance has the value of sublating the concept of Western global governance,making up for the failure of Western global governance and conforming to the new plan expected by emerging countries.However,in the current process of global governance,there are many problems,such as backward governance concept,difficult governance coordination,monopoly of governance rights and lagging governance rules.In this regard,China should promote the innovation and development of global governance concepts,promote the coordinated reform of global governance system,break the monopoly barriers of global governance rights,and contribute wisdom to the global governance challenges.
