摘要
为了提高蒸发式空冷器管箱的使用寿命,以某型号的蒸发式空冷器为例,利用ANSYS仿真软件模拟其固定管箱工作状态下的受力情况。以ASME中应力分类标准为依据,对仿真结果进行了分析。采用以弹性分析为基础的失效准则对局部最大应力处进行了失效判定,验证了结构的合理性和安全性,并提出了减小局部最大应力的改进措施,可为相关工程设计提供参考。
In order to improve the service life of the tube box of the evaporative air cooler, taking a certain type of evaporative air cooler as an example, the stress of the fixed tube box is simulated by ANSYS simulation software. Based on the stress classification standard of ASME, the simulation results are analyzed. The failure criterion based on elastic analysis was applied to the local maximum stress to verify the rationality and safety of the structure, and the improvement measures to reduce the local maximum stress were proposed to provide reference for related engineering design.
