摘要 为了解电主轴的误差来源,通过有限元法研究了电主轴热特性。研究结果表明:电主轴最高温度处于电机定转子处;电主轴热误差来源主要为z方向。电主轴热特性的研究对提高电主轴热-结构性能,进而提高机床的加工精度具有一定的意义。 In order to understand the error source of the electric spindle, the thermal characteristics of the electric spindle were studied by the finite element method. The results show that the maximum temperature of the electric spindle is at the fixed rotor of the motor;the source of thermal error of the electric spindle is mainly in the z direction. The research on the thermal characteristics of the electric spindle has certain significance for improving the thermal-structural performance of the electric spindle and thus the machining accuracy of the machine tool.
