摘要
为了实现物料搬运过程的自动化,并能灵活搬运多种不同的物料,设计了一种多功能物料升降搬运装置。在PLC程序的控制下,通过转动机构和输送机构完成多角度与多距离的移动,由旋转气缸和导轨气缸实现气爪的旋转和张紧并完成对物料的抓取,抓取后的物料会移动到指定位置。该多功能物料升降搬运装置适用于制药企业的自动化生产搬运,提高了劳动效率,节省了成本。
In order to realize the automation of the material handling process and can flexibly transport a variety of different materials, a multi-functional material lifting and handling device is designed. Under the control of the PLC program, the multi-angle and multi-distance movement is completed by the rotating mechanism and the conveying mechanism. The rotating cylinder and the guide rail cylinder realize the rotation and tension of the air claw and complete the grasping of the material. The grasped material will move to the designated position. The multi-functional material lifting and handling device is suitable for automated production and handling of pharmaceutical enterprises, which improves labor efficiency and saves costs.
