摘要
锤轴组件是破碎机破碎物料的核心部件,它利用较高的转动惯量在额定转速下储存的动能通过安装在锤体上的锤头的冲击力破碎大块煤及矸石。实际使用中发现锤轴组件有些方面设计的不太合理,针对PLM1000破碎机锤轴组件的换向问题和PLM3500破碎机锤轴组件锤头布置不合理进行了优化设计,优化后提高了锤轴组件的使用寿命和破碎能力。
The hammer shaft assembly is the core component of the crusher’s crushed materials. It uses high rotational inertia to store kinetic energy at rated speed to crush large blocks of coal and gangue by the impact of the hammer head installed on the hammer body. In actual use, some aspects of the hammer shaft assembly are found to be unreasonable. Aiming at the problem of the commutation of the hammer shaft assembly of the PLM1000 crusher and the unreasonable arrangement of the hammer head of the hammer shaft assembly of the PLM3500 crusher, the optimization design is optimized. After optimization, the service life and crushing capacity of the hammer shaft assembly are improved.
