摘要
螺杆作为螺杆泵的核心组成部分,其加工精度直接影响着螺杆泵的工作性能。根据某型号三螺杆泵从动杆的截面设计数据点对其进行拟合,获得螺杆三维模型;在此基础上根据残留高度法获得刀具行距及刀位点坐标,对盘铣刀加工螺杆的轨迹进行规划,并通过切削仿真进行验证。
The screw is the core component of the screw pump, and its processing accuracy directly affects the working performance of the screw pump. According to the cross-section design data points of the driven rod of a certain type three screw pump, the three-dimensional screw model is obtained by fitting it. On this basis, the tool row spacing and tool point coordinates are obtained according to the residual height method, and the trajectory of the disc milling cutter machining screw is planned and verified by cutting simulation.
