一种变角度相贯坡口的加工路径优化方法研究

摘要 管道输送是石化行业的重要环节,相贯管道的焊接质量直接影响输送安全。针对一类变角度相贯坡口数控加工中的路径优化问题进行了研究。首先建立相贯坡口的数学模型,利用四条特征曲线实现其参数化表征。在此基础上,基于现有专用数控装备与刀具,提出一种过切量计算方法,并采用模拟退火算法对加工路径进行优化,以保证铣削质量。 Pipeline transportation is an important part of petrochemical industry, and the welding quality of intersecting pipelines directly affects the transportation safety. In this paper, a kind of path optimization problem in NC machining of intersecting groove with variable angle is studied. Firstly, the mathematical model of intersecting groove is established, and its parametric representation is realized by using four characteristic curves. On this basis, based on the existing special CNC equipment and tools, a calculation method of overcut is proposed, and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the machining path to ensure the milling quality.
