摘要
针对在役风电螺栓不方便拆卸检测、在螺纹处可能出现裂纹等缺陷的问题,运用相控阵超声检测技术搭配专用的相控阵探头对在役螺栓头部进行检测,可以检测出螺栓螺纹部位的缺陷。
Aiming at the problems of inconvenient disassembly and detection of in-service wind power bolts and possible flaws such as cracks at the thread, phased array ultrasonic testing technology is used with special phased array probes to detect the head of the in-service bolt, and the defect of the bolt thread part can be detected.
