摘要
大型齿轮特别是特大齿轮的快速精确测量一直是齿轮测量领域的技术难点。以相对法齿距测量原理为基础,运用圆周封闭原则,采用异步驱动同步测量的方式,研制出大型齿轮齿距偏差在机测量仪。测量仪通过对齿距偏差的逐齿测量,可以得出大齿轮的单个齿距偏差以及齿距累积总偏差,使用特殊的测头结构以及高精度的电感测微仪,可以满足大型齿轮旋转过程中测距偏差测量条件的要求。同时通过对测量系统的标定,可以拟合出测头偏转与电感测微仪示值的对应关系曲线。通过对测量结果进行重复性评估,表明该齿距测量装置的重复定位精度以及系统响应速度能够满足5 m直径大齿轮齿距偏差在机测量的要求。
The rapid and accurate measurement of large gears, especially extra large gears, has always been a technical difficulty in the field of gear measurement. Based on the principle of relative pitch measurement, using the principle of circumferential closure, and adopting the method of asynchronous drive synchronous measurement, a large-scale gear pitch deviation on machine measuring instrument was developed. The measuring instrument can obtain the individual tooth pitch deviation of the large gear and the cumulative total deviation of the tooth pitch by measuring the tooth pitch by tooth. The use of special probe structure and high-precision inductance micrometer can meet the requirements of the measurement conditions of distance deviation during the rotation of large gears. At the same time, through the calibration of the measurement system, the corresponding relationship curve between the probe deflection and the indication value of the inductance micrometer can be fitted. The repeatability evaluation of the measurement results shows that the repeated positioning accuracy and system response speed of the tooth pitch measurement device can meet the requirements of on-machine measurement of the 5 m diameter large gear pitch deviation.
