摘要
为满足PCD刀具高频感应钎焊过程中对温度控制的需要,设计了一套基于模糊PID复合的控制系统。设定一阈值,当温度偏差超过该阈值时,系统采用模糊控制,提高系统的动态性能;当偏差在阈值内时,采用PID控制,提高系统的稳态性能。利用MATLAB将该控制系统与传统PID控制方式进行了仿真对比。仿真结果表明:该控制系统具有响应速度快、稳态误差小、超调量小等优点,可以满足工程实际需要。
In order to meet the needs of temperature control in the process of high frequency induction brazing of PCD tools, a control system based on fuzzy PID composite was designed. Set a threshold, when the temperature deviation exceeds the threshold, the system uses fuzzy control to improve dynamic performance;when the deviation is within the threshold, PID control is used to improve the system’s steady-state performance. Use MATLAB to compare and contrast the control system with the traditional PID control method. The simulation results show that the control system has the advantages of fast response speed, small steady-state error and small overshoot, which can meet the actual needs of the project.
