陈介祺,清代潍县人,被学界推崇为"前无古人、后无来者"的一代金石学宗师、古文字学家。他收藏三代重器毛公鼎并集有古玺及秦汉印7000余方,名其楼曰"万印楼"而闻名天下,印学界一直就有"南西泠北万印"之誉。
