2017年吉林省居民中医药健康文化素养水平及影响因素调查研究

Prevalence and influencing factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture Literacy among residents in Jilin Province,2017

目的调查了解吉林省居民中医药健康文化素养水平并分析相关影响因素,为有关部门制定提升居民中医药健康文化素养策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段抽样及与PPS相结合的抽样方法,抽取2756位吉林省15~69周岁常住人口对其进行问卷调查。结果 2017年吉林省居民中医药健康文化素养具备率为8.6%,5个维度素养中,具备中医药基本理念素养18.9%、中医药公众适宜方法素养3.7%、中医药健康生活方式素养25.1%、中医药文化常识素养18.9%、中医药信息理解能力素养21.2%。文化程度、职业、家庭年收入是影响吉林省居民中医药健康文化素养水平的因素。结论吉林省居民中医药健康文化素养水平有待提高,相关部门应针对不同人群特点采取具体措施,提高吉林省居民中医药健康文化素养水平。

Objective To understand the TCM health culture literacy level and to analyze its influence factors among residents in Jilin Province in 2017,so that to provide a scientific basis for formulating strategies to improve the TCM health culture literacy level among residents.Methods Using stratified multi-stage sampling combined with PPS,2756 resident population aged 15-69 years in Jilin Province were selected for questionnaire survey.Results In 2017,the overall TCM health culture literacy level was 8.6%.The rate of 5 dimensions as basic concept,common methods of health care,healthy lifestyle and behaviors,common knowledge and health information among the participants were 18.9%,3.7%,25.1 %,18.9%,21.2%,respectively.It was found that education level,occupation and annual household income were the influencing factors of the TCM health culture literacy level among residents in Jilin Province.Conclusion The level of health culture literacy of TCM among residents in Jilin Province needs to be improved.Relevant departments should take specific measures according to the characteristics of different groups to improve the level of health culture literacy of TCM among them.
