杭州市居民对健康城市建设的认知与需求现状

Cognition and demand in Healthy City Construction among urban and rural residents of Hangzhou

目的了解杭州市居民对当前健康城市建设的认知情况与需求情况,为杭州市健康城市建设的进一步开展提供政策依据。方法选取15~70岁杭州市居民,按区域分层随机抽样,抽取3882名居民,调查其对健康城市建设的认知与需求。结果杭州市健康城市建设的居民知晓率为76.20%,对28项健康城市建设认知条目的总知晓率为49.49%,居民对健康城市的认知水平受年龄、文化程度、所在地区和职业的影响。健康城市建设工作中存在的首要问题是社会各界参与度不够(62.26%)和市民配合度不高(51.52%),在健康环境、健康服务、健康社会、健康文化及健康产业五大建设层面,居民分别提出了重点需要改善的工作。结论杭州市居民对健康城市建设的认知有待加强,应采取针对性措施改善各层面存在的问题,并调动公众参与建设的积极性。

Objective To study the cognition and demand in Healthy City construction among urban and rural residents of Hangzhou,and to provide basis for Healthy Cities strategy in Hangzhou.Methods A total of 3882 residents aged 15-70 years old were selected to investigate the cognition and demand for Healthy City construction by regional stratified random sampling.Results The awareness rate of residents for Healthy Cities construction in Hangzhou was 76.20%,but the total awareness rate on the 28 items of Healthy City construction was only 49.49% among residents.The awareness on Healthy City among residents were influenced by their age,level of education,region and occupation.The primary problem of the Healthy City construction were the insufficient participation of the community(62.26%) and the inadequate cooperation of residents(51.52%).Residents proposed their opinions on the improvement in 5 fields of the construction,including healthy environment,health services,healthy society,health culture and health industry.Conclusion The awareness of residents for Healthy Cities construction were supposed to be strengthened,and targeted measures should be taken to improve problems at all fields,as well as mobilized public participation in the Healthy Cities construction.
