年轻恒牙感染牙髓的两种治疗方法比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较牙髓血运重建术和根尖诱导成形术治疗年轻恒牙感染牙髓的疗效。方法:选取2012年5月至2018年12月广西医科大学附属口腔医院儿童牙病科64例年轻恒牙感染牙髓的患儿,按患儿就诊门诊号编号,随机分为牙髓血运重建术组(观察组)和根尖诱导成形术组(对照组),每组32例。比较两组术后治疗效果、牙根发育情况(根管长度和根管壁厚度)及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前患牙牙根长度及根管壁厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组牙根长度及根管壁厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在年轻恒牙的感染牙髓治疗中,牙髓血运重建治疗有更好的疗效,有利于牙根再发育。 Objective: To compare the efficacy of pulp revascularization and apexificationin the treatment of immature permanent tooth pulp infection. Methods: 64 cases of immature permanent tooth pulp infection admitted to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from May 2012 to December 2018 wereselected and randomly divided into a pulp revascularization group(observation group, n=32) and an apexification group(control group, n=32) according to their outpatient number. The postoperative treatment effect, tooth root development(root canal length and root canal wall thickness), and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75% which washigher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in root canal length and root canal wall thickness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The root canal length and root canal wall thickness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of immature permanent tooth pulp infection, pulp revascularization treatment has a better effect, which is beneficial to the redevelopment of roots.
