实验树鼩体温测量方法探讨

摘要 目的:探讨实验树鼩体温测量的最佳方法。方法:实验分为3个部分,第一部分通过水银体温计测量不同时长、不同年龄组树鼩直肠的温度,确定水银柱法的最佳测量时间;第二部分通过比较水银体温计、电子体温计和红外测温仪测量不同年龄组树鼩肛温,探讨非侵入测量方法的可行性;第三部分通过红外测温仪测量树鼩的前额温度及左、右腋窝温度,探讨能代表树鼩体表温度的最佳部位。结果:用水银柱体温计测量树鼩直肠温度时,各年龄组3 min与5 min时的温度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),5 min之后的温度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);电子体温计测量不同年龄组树鼩直肠温度时,成年组为(38.34±0.32)℃,青年组为(38.35±0.35)℃,幼年组为(38.60±0.53)℃,一致性分析显示电子体温计法和水银计法在测量成年组和青年组的直肠温度时,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各年龄组红外测温仪的结果与水银计法的结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);红外测温仪测量不同年龄组树鼩的前额温度离散程度较小,而测量左、右额温时离散程度较大。结论:水银柱法测量树鼩直肠温度最佳时间为5 min;在青年和成年树鼩中,电子体温计的测量结果与水银体温计具有一致性,但数据离散程度稍大;红外线测温仪测得树鼩额温可以作为体表温度的粗略参考。 Objective: To studythe most suitablemethod fortemperature measurement of experimental tree shrew.Methods: The experiment was divided into three parts. In the first part, the rectal temperature of tree shrews in different time and age groups weremeasured by mercury thermometer to determine the best measuring time of mercury column method. In the second part,the feasibility of non-invasive measurement method was discussed by comparing mercury thermometer, electronic thermometer, and infrared thermometer to measure the anal temperature of tree shrews in different age groups. In the third part, the forehead temperature, left and right axillary temperature of tree shrew were measured by infrared thermometer to explore the best part which could represent the body surface temperature of tree shrew.Results:When the rectal temperature of tree shrews was measured by mercury thermometer, there was significant difference in rectal temperature between 3 min and 5 min in each age group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in temperature after 5 min(P>0.05). The rectal temperature of tree shrews in different age groups measured by electronic thermometer, the adult group was(38.34 ±0.32)℃, the young groupwas(38.35 ± 0.35)℃,and the children group was(38.60 ± 0.53)℃. Consistency analysis showed that there was no significant difference between electronic thermometer and mercury method in measuring rectal temperature between adult group and young group(P>0.05). The results of infrared thermometer in all age groups were compared with those of mercury method, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The dispersion degree of forehead temperature of tree shrews in different age groups measured by infrared thermometer was smaller, while the dispersion degree of left and right forehead temperature measured by infrared thermometer was larger.Conclusion: The best time for measuring the rectal temperature of tree shrews by mercury column method is 5 min. In young and adult tree shrews, the results of electronic thermometer are consistent with those of mercury thermometer, but the dispersiondegree is larger.The frontal temperature of tree shrews measured by infrared thermometer can be used as a rough reference for body surface temperature.
