信用机制重构与绿色金融支持雄安新区产业发展

Restructuring of Credit Mechanism and Green Finance to Support Industrial Development of Xiong’an New Area

产业不同,信用机制不同,绿色金融发挥的作用不同。对雄安新区三次产业分别从其产业布局、现状与信用问题进行剖析,引出在数字货币内测背景下,在绿色金融支持下,雄安新区信用重构势在必行;分别分析了三次产业信用重构的方向、方式及绿色金融的支持路径。最后提出了雄安新区在数字货币推动背景下信用机制重构需要注意的一些问题,即以数字信用机制构建为导向、信用信息采集须更全面、信用评价的结果应采用多元化呈现方式、信用信息须进行充分交换与共享以及信用教育与惩戒机制须双管齐下。

Different industries will have the different credit mechanisms,and different roles played by green finance.The paper analyzes the three industries of Xiong’an New District from their industrial layout,current situation and credit problems,and lead to the imperative of credit restructuring under the support of green finance;which analyzes the direction and methods of credit restructuring of the three industries and the support path of green finance.Finally,the issues that need to be paid attention to in the credit reconstruction of Xiong’an New District under the role of green finance are put forward,that is,the collection of credit information needs to be more comprehensive;the results of credit evaluation should be diversified;credit information must be fully exchanged and shared;the credit education and disciplinary mechanism need to go together.
