比索洛尔联合去乙酰毛花苷注射液治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Bisoprolol Combined with Deacetyllanoside Injection in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

目的探究比索洛尔联合去乙酰毛花苷注射液治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年9月和平县人民医院救治的60例急性心力衰竭患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分组,其中将采用去乙酰毛花苷注射液治疗的30例患者临床资料归为对照组,将采用比索洛尔联合去乙酰麦花苷注射液治疗30例患者的临床资料归为观察组,比较两组患者的收缩压、心率、心排血量和血清学指标。结果治疗后,观察组心率、收缩压低于对照组,心排血量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、Hcy均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合去乙酰毛花苷注射液治疗可降急性心力衰竭患者心率、收缩压,增加患者的心排血量,调节hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、Hcy,从而促进患者的恢复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bisoprolol combined with deacetyllanolin injection in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with acute heart failure treated in the hospital from January,2018 to September,2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into different groups according to the treatment methods.Control group received deacetyl furanin injection,and observation group received bisoprolol combined with deacetyl furanin injection.The systolic blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac output and serological parameters of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the cardiac output was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum hs-CRP,NTproBNP and Hcy were lower in the observation group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with deacetyl lanatoside injection can reduce the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of patients with acute heart failure,increase the cardiac output of patients,regulate hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and Hcy,and thus promote the recovery of patients.
