卡前列素氨丁三醇联合益母草对产后出血的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Motherwort on Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合益母草对产后出血的预防效果。方法选取于2017年2月—2019年3月间天津市静海区医院具有产后出血征兆的产妇308例,参考随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各154例。对照组给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益母草治疗,比较两组产后出血量、凝血功能以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组产后2 h、24 h出血量均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TT、APTT较对照组低,FIB水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有产后出血征兆的产妇采用卡前列素氨丁三醇以及益母草联合治疗的效果较好,能有效降低产妇产后出血量,改善其凝血功能,预防产后出血的效果好。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with motherwort on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 308 women with signs of postpartum hemorrhage in the hospital from February,2017 to March,2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups,with 154 cases in each group by referring to the random number table method.The control group were treated with carboprost tromethamine,and the observation group were treated with motherwort on the basis of the control group.The postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss in the observation group 2 h and 24 h after delivery was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TT and APTT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Women with signs of postpartum hemorrhage using carprost tromethamine and motherwort have a better effect,which can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve their coagulation function and prevent postpartum hemorrhage effectively.
