益气散瘀汤在进展型缺血性中风患者中的应用

Application of Yiqi Sanyu Decoction in Patients with Progressive Ischemic Stroke

目的评价自拟益气散瘀汤在进展型缺血性中风患者中应用效果。方法收集研究对象为怀化市中医院确诊的100例进展型缺血性中风患者,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组予以西医常规联合益气散瘀汤,经治疗,对两组治疗后效果进行评价。结果观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分、中医症候积分、全血黏度指标低于对照组,Barthel评分、治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者的肝肾功能、心电图检查结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟益气散瘀汤治疗进展性缺血性中风,可改善患者的神经功能,促患者病情早日康复,应用安全可靠,临床推广价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of self-made Yiqi Sanyu Decoction in patients with progressive ischemic stroke.Methods 100 patients with progressive ischemic stroke diagnosed in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.Control group received routine western medicine,and observation group received routine western medicine combined with Yiqi Sanyu decoction.After treatment,the effects of two groups were evaluated.Results The NIHSS score,TCM symptom score,and whole blood viscosity index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The Barthel score and total effective rate were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in liver and kidney function and ECG results(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Sanyu Decoction for the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke can improve the neurological function of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients’condition.The application is safe and reliable,and the clinical promotion value is significant.
