思维导图联合卓越七步教学法在泌尿外科临床护理本科实习生代带教中的应用效果 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨思维导图联合卓越七步教学法在泌尿外科临床护理本科实习生代带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月—2019年10月期间在河南省人民医院泌尿外科实习的106例本科生,按随机数字表法将入选者分为观察组(思维导图+卓越七步教学法,53例)和对照组(传统专人带教,53例),对比分析两组实习生带教前后的理论成绩、操作成绩及两组实习生对带教模式的的满意度情况。结果带教前,两组实习生的理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,观察组理论成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);带教前,两组实习生的操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,观察组操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);带教后,观察组实习生对教学方法、教学质量、教学态度、教学技能、理论联系实践及促进所学内容记忆评分均高于对照组实习生(P<0.05)。结论采用思维导图联合卓越七步教学法对泌尿外科临床护理本科实习生进行教学指导,有利于夯实实习生的理论基础,提高其操作能力,提高满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind map combined with the excellent seven-step teaching method in the generation teaching of clinical nursing undergraduates in Urology.Methods A total of 106 undergraduates who were internship in Urology in the hospital from April,2017 to October,2019 were selected,and the selected participants were divided into observation groups according to the random number table method(mind map+excellent seven-step teaching method,53 cases).Compared with the control group(traditional specialist teaching,53 cases),the theoretical and operational scores,and the satisfaction of the trainees of two groups with the teaching mode were compared and analyzed.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical results of the two groups of interns(P>0.05).After teaching,the theoretical results of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in the operating results of the two groups of internships(P>0.05);after teaching,the observation group had higher operating results than the control group,(P<0.05).Internship scores on teaching methods,teaching quality,teaching attitude,teaching skills,theoretical connection practice,and promotion of the memory of the learned content of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mind map and excellent seven-step teaching method to teach urology clinical nursing undergraduate interns is conducive to consolidating the theoretical foundation of interns,improving their operational ability,and increasing satisfaction.
