摘要
花生四烯酸是人体内重要的不饱和脂肪酸,12-脂氧合酶可催化花生四烯酸产生多种生物活性物质。其代谢通路在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用,尤其是12-脂氧合酶与结直肠癌之间的关系已成为近年来研究的热点,现主要对二者关系的研究进展予以综述。
Arachidonic acid is an important unsaturated fatty acid in human body.12-lipoxygenase can catalyze arachidonicacid to produce a variety of bioactive substances.Its metabolic pathway plays an important role in the development of tumor,in par-ticular,the relationship between 12-lipoxygenase and colorectal cancer has become a research hotpot in recent years,the articlereviews the research progress of the relationship between 12-lipoxygenase and colorectal cancer.
