河北省貉子毛滴虫感染情况调查及超微结构观察 被引量:2

Investigation and ultrastructure observation on trichomonas infection in raccoon dog in Hebei province

摘要 为了调查河北省貉子毛滴虫病的感染情况,本研究采用直接镜检法对2015年6月—2017年8月采集的680个患腹泻病貉子样品进行毛滴虫检测,并采用了瑞士染色,以及扫描电镜和透射电镜对其形态特征进行超微结构观察。结果显示患腹泻病貉子普遍存在毛滴虫感染,共检测腹泻貉子680只,毛滴虫感染率为54%(364/680),以夏秋季季节感染为主,其中2月龄以下貉子毛滴虫感染较为严重,阳性率为59.4%(199/335)。形态学观察结果表明,貉子体内的毛滴虫具有4根前鞭毛和1根独立鞭毛,为人五毛滴虫形态结构,表明貉子毛滴虫病由人体内的毛滴虫感染所致。该研究为河北省貉子毛滴虫病的防治提供重要参考依据。 To investigate the infection of raccoon dog Trichomoniasis in Hebei Province,680 samples collected from June 2015 to August 2017 were tested by microscope,cultivation in vitro,Wright’s staining and flagella staining.Then scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to observe its morphological characteristics.The results showed that there was a common Trichomoniasis infection in sick raccoon dog.There were 364 samples tested positive for Trichomonas and the overall infection rate was 54%(364/680).The infection season was mainly summer and autumn.The infection of Trichomoniasis in raccoon dog under 2 months of age is more serious,which the positive rate of 59.4%(199/335).Morphological observation showed that the Trichomoniasis in raccoon dog had 4 pro-flagellums and 1 independent flagellum,which was the morphological structure of Pentatrichomonas hominis.It is suggested that the Trichomoniasis in raccoon dog was caused by Trichomoniasis in human body.This study provides an important reference for the control of Trichomoniasis in raccoon dog in Hebei Province.
