小鼠感染Chinese1型弓形虫慢性期中枢神经系统的损伤和包囊分布研究 被引量:3

Lesions and cysts distribution in central nervous system of mice infected with Chinese1 strain Toxoplasma gondii in chronic infection stage

摘要 采用虎源TgTigerCHn1(Chinese 1)弓形虫虫株接种小鼠,建立慢性感染模型,探究BALB/c小鼠感染Chinese 1型弓形虫慢性期中枢神经系统的病理损伤和弓形虫包囊的分布特点。采用MAT方法和连续石蜡切片染色法观察分析小鼠感染弓形虫的情况,中枢神经系统损伤和包囊分布、并统计包囊数量。结果显示,小鼠弓形虫慢性感染期中枢神经系统的弓形虫包囊呈现不平均分布的特点,分布在大脑灰质的最多,小脑最少,包囊总数量约达10700个/只小鼠。病理变化表现为非化脓性脑炎,且与包囊的分布关系密切。结果表明,小鼠感染TgTigerCHn1弓形虫慢性期,中枢神经系统有广泛的病理损伤和炎症反应,推测影响宿主的神经功能。本研究为探讨人和动物慢性弓形虫感染对神经系统的致病机理提供了基础数据。 To investigate the pathological lesions of chronic infection of Toxoplasma gondii type Chinese 1 strain on the central nervous system of BALB/c mice and the distribution of T.gondii cysts.In this study,a chronic toxoplasmosis model was established by inoculating T.gondii strain of TgTigerCHn1(Chinese 1).MAT and serial paraffin sections methods were used to observe and analyze the infection of T.gondii in mice,the lesions and distribution of cysts in central nervous system were observed,and the number of cysts was counted.The number of T.gondii cysts in the central nervous system of mice could reach around 10700(60 days post infection),they were uneven distributed.The largest number of cysts were observed in cerebral cortex and less cysts in cerebellum.The pathological changes were nonsuppurative encephalitis,which was correlated with the distribution of cysts.In conclusion,during the chronic infection period of TgTigerCHn1 strain,the central nervous system displayed extensive lesions and inflammatory reaction.It is presumed that T.gondii affects the host nervous function,this result providing basic data for exploring the pathogenesis of the nervous system of chronic toxoplasmosis in humans and other animals.
