应对突发公共卫生事件的医院建筑协同更新

Revising Hospital Building System in Response to Public Health Emergencies

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的暴发,给城市的应急防控管理和医疗机构的应急救治工作带来严峻的挑战。文章针对突发公共卫生事件中医院建筑所暴露出的空间容量不足和各医疗层级间调配与运用机制不完善的问题,从医疗建筑的应急联动机制、应变功能转换和医疗空间支持的角度出发,提出应对突发公共卫生事件的医院建筑设计策略。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought serious challenges to the government's emergency management and control as well as emergency measures in the healthcare system.This article addresses the problems of insufficient spatial capacity of hospital buildings exposed in public health emergencies and defective allocation mechanism between various levels of healthcare units.From the perspectives of emergency response system of medical buildings,function transformation for contingencies and the support of medical space,this paper proposes a hospital building design strategy that addresses public health emergencies,in hope of providing references for construction and revision of hospital buildings.
