厚朴、枳实、生大黄治疗2型糖尿病胃肠实热证经验--仝小林三味小方撷萃 被引量:19

摘要 厚朴、枳实、生大黄组成的厚朴三物汤是仝小林教授临证辨治2型糖尿病的靶方之一。中满内热,土壅木郁是该方运用的核心病机。临床运用时,厚朴作为小肠动力药,常用9~30 g以下气除满;枳实作为胃动力药,用9~15 g以破气消积;大黄作为大肠动力药,视患者肠腑燥实之轻重而用1.5~15 g以泻热通下。三者用于以脘腹胀满、大便秘结、舌红苔黄等为临床表现的2型糖尿病胃肠实热证患者,药证相应,效如桴鼓。 The Houpo Sanwu decoction composed of Mangnolia officinalis,Fructus aurantii immaturus and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is one of the targeted formulas in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes by Professor TONG Xiaolin.Abdominal flatulence and interior heat,spleen stagnation and liver depression are the core pathogenesis for using the three herbs.In clinical application,Mangnolia officinalis is used as the small intestinal motility medicine,which is usually applied in the range of 9-30 g to removing qi stasis.Fructus aurantii immaturus is used as the gastric motility medicine,with 9-15 g to explode qi stagnation.Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is used as the large intestinal motility medicine,and the usage range is from 1.5-15 g to dispel heat and facilitate defecation.The three herbs are used for type 2 diabetic patients with gastrointestinal heat syndrome,usually manifesting abdominal distension,constipation,red tongue and yellow fur.
