Visual Analysis of Qi Stagnation Constitution and Disease Based on Catespace

目的应用文献计量学软件 Citespace总结有关气郁质与体质相关性疾病研究的现状及分布规律,以分析"气郁质"新的研究动态。方法对国内常用数据库包括中国知网(CNKI)中2009年12月1日-2018年12月1日的期刊文献进行检索,以"中医体质""气郁""体质辨识""气郁质"为关键词,经筛选选取 582篇为研究样本,使用布尔逻辑运算构建检索表达模型。结果目前研究主要围绕气郁质的相关性、中医证型,气郁质与治未病、流行病学调查等,气郁质易罹患多囊卵巢综合征、糖尿病、失眠、围绝经期等,主要研究学者有王琦、侯献兵、吴承玉等,主要研究团队集中在北京中医药大学、广州中医药大学、山东中医药大学等。结论气郁质患者以女性为主,易罹患的疾病以内分泌、妇科疾病为主;目前多研究团队合作尚未形成大的规模,有待以后研究者的共同合作。

Objective To summarize the current situation and distribution of related diseases of qi stagnation constitution and constitution by citespace,a bibliometric software,in order to analyze the new research trends of qi stagnation constitution.Methods Retrieving the periodical literature from December 1,2009 to December 1,2018 in common domestic databases including CNKI,using the keywords of"constitution of traditional Chinese medicine","qi-depression","constitution identification","qi stagnation constitution",582 selected samples were selected as research samples,and the retrieval expression model was constructed by Boolean logic operation.Results The current research mainly focuses on the correlation of qi stagnation constitution,TCM syndromes,preventive treatment,epidemiological investigation,susceptibility to polycystic ovary syndrome,diabetes mellitus,insomnia,perimenopause,etc.The main research scholars include WANG Qi,HOU Xianbing,WU Chengyu,etc.The main research team is concentrated in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.Conclusion Most of the patients with qi stagnation constitution are women,while the most susceptible diseases are endocrine and gynecological diseases.At present,many research teams have not formed large-scale cooperation,which needs the cooperation of researchers in the future.
