保健食品芪黄参叶片配方工艺的筛选 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过高血糖动物和正常血糖动物的降血糖试验,筛选芪黄参叶片的配方工艺。方法芪黄参叶片由黄芪、生地黄、人参叶、三七、苦瓜和吡啶甲酸铬组成。根据提取方法和吡啶甲酸铬加入量的不同,设计了3条工艺路线,得到3个配方。通过静脉注射四氧嘧啶50mg/kg制备的高血糖动物模型,观察各配方的降血糖作用,结合其对正常动物血糖的影响,进行芪黄参叶片最佳配方工艺的筛选和验证。结果配方1在15.71、7.86g药材量/kg剂量下服用45 d和5.5、3.67g药材量/kg剂量下服用30 d均可以明显降低血糖(P<0.01)。湖北省保健食品检验检测机构进行的动物实验结果可见,芪黄参叶片在2.25、1.50g/kg剂量下能明显降低小鼠空腹血糖,也能明显降低血糖曲线下面积;且2.25g/kg剂量对正常小鼠血糖没有明显影响。结论芪黄参叶片最佳工艺是水提部分原料后,加入三七全粉、1/3的黄芪细粉和吡啶甲酸铬10.8mg的细粉,混匀,制备成片剂。 Objective Through reducing blood tests of hyperglycemia and normal blood glucose mouse,filtrate the formula technology.Methods The Qihuang-shenye tablet is made up of Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae,Leaf Ginseng,Radix Notoginseng,balsam pear and Chromium Picolinate.According to extraction methods and addition of Chromium Picolinate,three formula was prepared.Through the mouse model were intravenous injected of alloxan on 50 mg/kg,the hyperglycemic function of different formation was studied.Combined with its effect on blood glucose of normal animals,the best preparation technology was screened and verified.Results The e blood glucose of Formula 1 were significant reducted(P<0.01)when the mouse were feed for 45 d on the doses of 15.71 g/kg,7.86g/kg and for 30 d of 5.5 g/kg and 3.67 g/kg.The results in the Hubei Province health food registration and inspection institution showed that the Qihuang-shenye tablet could obviously reduce the fasting blood glucose and area under the curve on the doses of 2.25 g/kg and 1.50 g/kg.The fasting blood glucose of normal mouse had no influence on 2.25 g/kg.Conclusion Those were the best preparation technology,after some raw materials were extracted with water,added the power of all the Radix Rehmanniae,1/3 Radix Astragali and 10.8 mg Chromium Picolinate,mixing,prepared tablets.
