囊型肝包虫外囊壁中钙化性纳米微粒的分离培养和形态学观察

摘要 目的从囊型肝包虫外囊组织中分离和培养钙化性纳米微粒并实施形态学鉴别,以证实胆漏的肝包虫钙化囊壁中存在钙化性纳米微粒。方法收集37例囊型肝包虫的外囊壁进行钙化性纳米微粒分离和培养4周,应用电子显微镜观察该颗粒的形态及内部超微结构。结果在37例囊型肝包虫患者中,有16例胆漏的肝包虫外囊壁可分离和培养出纳米微粒,无胆漏无外囊壁钙化的肝包虫未分离和培养出纳米微粒,χ2=33.165,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义,通过电镜观察其生长特征、形态结构与国内外研究的钙化性纳米微粒极为相近。结论在囊型肝包虫钙化的外囊壁中可分离和培养出与钙化性纳米微粒类似的纳米微粒,该微粒可能在囊型肝包虫外囊壁钙化过程中起到重要作用。 Objective To isolate and culture calcifying nanoparticles from calcification of hepatic hydatid pericyst wall and confirm the existence of calcified nanoparticles in calcification of pericyst wall of hepatic hydatid with bile leakage.Methods 37 cases of Hepatic hydatid cyst were collected,calcifying nanoparticles were isolated and cultured for 4 weeks.The morphology and internal ultrastructure of the particles were observed by electron microscopy.Results Among 37 patients with hepatic hydatid,16 patients with bile leakage had the ability to isolate and culture nanoparticles.hepatic hydatid without bile leakage and calcification pericyst wall did not produce nanoparticlesχ2=33.165,P<0.001,The difference was statistically significant.The morphology and growth characteristics of nanoparticles was similar to those of calcifying nanoparticles.Conclusion The Nanoparticles is similar to calcifying nanoparticles can be isolated and cultured in the calcification of hepatic hydatid pericyst wall,which may play an important role in the calcification of hepatic hydatid pericyst wall.
