With the continuous update and development of the economic and information age,the digital age has started shared ecological services,and fi nancial shared service has also become an important trend in the development of fi nancial informatization and even corporate informatization.The fi nancial sharing center based on the data center promotes the information systemconstruction of integratedenterprise and fi nance,internal and external big data,which arebecoming the necessary conditionsfor the digital transformation of enterprises.This article mainly studies the practical exploration of the conglomerate fi nancial shared service center.The establishment of the shared service center brings not onlythe great convenience to the fi nance of the group enterprise,but also enhances the market competitiveness of the enterprise,and provides some references to the enterprises which build up the fi nancial shared service center.
