摘要
以现场运行时间不同的复合绝缘子为样品,通过核磁共振与红外光谱试验,分析了表征复合绝缘子老化程度的特征量——横向弛豫时间T2、Si-CH3吸收峰面积SSi-CH3与运行时间的关系,并采用归一化的方法,对二者进行对比标定分析。结果表明:归一化处理后的T2′和S′Si-CH3具有明显的线性相关性,反映出的绝缘子老化程度具有一致性。最后结合憎水性等级测试,对测试结果的老化等级进行划分,并采用数理统计中参数估计的方法,由样本数据计算得到老化等级的划分区间,为复合绝缘子老化程度的量化评估提供了参考。
Taking composite insulators with different on-site operating time as samples,we analyzed the relationship between the operating time and the characteristic quantities such as horizontal relaxation time(T2)and the peak area of Si-CH3(SSi-CH3),which can characterize the ageing degree of insulators,by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy tests,and then use normalization method to compare the both.The results show that the normalized T2′and S′Si-CH3 have obvious linear correlation,and the ageing degree of insulators reflected by them are consistent.At last,the ageing grade of test results was divided combined with the hydrophobicity test,and the interval of ageing grade was calculated from the sample data using parameter estimation method in mathematical statistics,which provided a reference for the quantitative evaluation of composite insulator ageing degree.
