我国新型基础设施建设项目融资特点探讨

Exploration of the financing characteristics of China’s new infrastructure construction projects

后防疫时代,新型基础设施建设对于我国稳就业、防经济失速有着重要意义。文章从融资规模、融资渠道对我国目前新型基础设施建设项目的融资现状进行了初步探讨,指出专项债提供了新型基础设施建设融资的主要增量。在融资模式等方面,文章总结了适用于新型基础设施建设的常见模式,并在最后对新型基础设施建设项目的开展提出了融资建议。

The construction of new infrastructure plays a key role in ensuring employment and economic development,especially in the post-COVID-19 era. In this paper, the financing scales and channels of domestic new infrastructure arepreliminarily investigated. It is pointed out that the special debt provides the major increment of the financing of newinfrastructure construction. Moreover, the common financing modes are also discussed, followed by the suggestions on thefinancing of new infrastructure construction.
