模式构建视角下PEM理念驱动的应用型人才培养过程质量评价 被引量:1

摘要 应用型人才培养是破解人才供需结构性矛盾、建设教育强国的重要内容。文章根据卓越绩效管理模式中A-D-L-I方法,从方法、展开、学习、整合等4个维度,对应用型人才培养过程的质量进行多维评价。认为应用型人才培养过程应注重培养方法的适宜性、有效性、系统性,持续应用、横纵向展开,持续完善、突破变革、改进创新,协调一致、系统整合。文章以介入前移的逻辑构建培养过程质量评价模式,以期对应用型人才培养质量的提升做出有益探索。 Cultivation of applied talents plays an important role in solving the structural contradiction between talentsupply and deman(d and building a strong education country. Based on the A-D-L-I method in the PerformanceExcellence ModelPEM), this article makes a multi-dimensional evaluation of the quality of the cultivation process ofapplied talents from the four dimensions of approach, development, learning and integration. It is believed that thecultivation process of applied talents should focus on the suitability, effectiveness and systematicity of cultivationmethods, which correspond with continuous application and horizontal and vertical development;continuousimprovement, breakthrough transformation, and innovation;and coordination, systematic integration. This articleconstructs the quality evaluation model of the cultivation process with the logic of moving forward intervention, hoping tomake a beneficial exploration of the improvement of the cultivation quality of applied talents.
