基于智慧课堂的教学实践与效果评价——以“企业并购”为例

摘要 当前,"企业并购"教学过程存在教学内容难度过大、学生学习主动性不强等问题。文章将智慧课堂与"企业并购"实践教学环节相结合,主要结合智能手机应用设计,引导学生自主学习,积极探讨主动学习。文章以传统教学为对照组,以智慧课堂教学为研究组,从教学过程评价、学生能力提高评价和学生满意度评价等方面探究智慧课堂的实践教学效果。 At present, there are some problems in the teaching process of"enterprise merger and acquisition". For example, the teaching content is too difficult and students’ learning initiative is weak. This paper combines smart classroom with the practical teaching of"enterprise merger and acquisition"to guide students to study independently and actively explore learning through combining with application design of smart phones. Taking traditional teaching as the control group and smart classroom teaching as the research group, this paper explores the practical teaching effect of smart classroom from the aspects of teaching process, evaluation of students’ ability improvement and students’ satisfaction evaluation.
