摘要
为了提升立井施工机械化水平,对立井掘进机进行掘进作业和自动迈步砌壁模板进行浇筑混凝土砌壁作业施工技术进行了研究,同时给出了立井掘进机和自动迈步模板在建井时的功能特征和基本参数,并结合具体的工程环境探讨了立井掘进机在井下的组装和施工技术,也给出了自动迈步模板的组装时机以及与立井掘进机之间的工序配合,同时优化相应的施工工序。该技术为实际工程中采用立井掘进机施工技术方案的安全性和效率性分析提供了基本依据。
In order to improve the mechanized construction level of shaft,procedure of excavation by VSM and procedure of pouring concrete to build lining by AST are explained.The functional characteristics of the vertical shaft machine and the automatic stepping template in the construction process are also given.The assembly and construction process of the vertical tunnel boring machine in the underground is analyzed.The assembly timing of the automatic step template and the process coordination with the vertical shaft machine are explained,and the corresponding construction process are optimized.This paper can provide references for the optimization of the integrated vertical shaft construction machine function and the selection of construction technology.
