摘要
为了彻底解决赵固二矿选煤厂块煤中的块中煤含量超标的问题,通过工艺比选,采用重介浅槽分选工艺对跳汰块煤进行再选,并进行了合理的工艺流程设计、设备选型和工艺布置;在设备布置过程中,优化了设计,合理利用了有限的空间,实现了新系统与原系统的灵活、有机的衔接;项目改造完成后,块煤中的块中煤产率均值由6%降至2.50%左右,满足了产品质量要求,取得了良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the high content of lump middlings in the lump coal in Zhaogu No.2 Mine Coal Preparation Plant,through the process comparison and selection,the heavy medium shallow groove separation process is chosen to re-prepare the jigging lump coal,and the reasonable process design,equipment selection and process layout are carried out.And the design is optimized during the equipment layout,the limited space is used reasonably,and the new and original system can be the flexibly connected.After the transformation,the average yield of lump middlings in lump coal decreases from 6%to about2.50%,the requirements of product quality requirements is satisfied achieving favorable economic benefits.The practice can provide a demonstration for other coal preparation plants in Jiaozuo Mining Area.
