摘要
为了掌握深埋坚硬特厚煤层冲击地压作用下的巷道围岩变形规律,为深部矿井深化冲击地压防治提供依据,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟及现场试验等综合手段,研究了胡家河煤矿回采期间受冲击地压影响的402102工作面回风巷围岩冲击变形破坏机制及破坏规律。研究结果表明:深部条件下回采扰动达到一定程度后,巷道围岩变形会急剧增长,距离工作面越近,变形变化趋势越大,顶板围岩受超前支护影响变形趋于平缓,最大围岩位移量达180mm;在距离工作面前方45~55m范围内,巷道围岩受采动影响剧烈,围岩变形明显,主要表现为顶板及煤柱侧围岩变形,且顶板围岩塑性区破坏深度达3m以上。
In order to grasp the deformation law of roadway surrounding rock under the rockburst of deep-buried hard and extra-thick coal seam,and provide a basis for the rock burst control in deep mines,theoretical analysis,FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation and field test are carried out,to study the deformation failure mechanism and failure law of surrounding rock in the return airway of Hujiahe Coal Mine 402102 face affected by rock burst.The results show that,the surrounding rock deformation increases sharply after the mining disturbance reaches a certain level in deep mine,the deformation change trend rises when it’s closer to the working face.The roof surrounding rock deformation tends to be gentle due to advance support,and the largest surrounding rock,the maximum displacement is 180 mm.The surrounding rock is intensely affected by the mining within 45~55 m in front of the working face,showing obvious deformation,mainly in the roof and side coal pillars,and the plastic zone damage depth in roof surrounding rock is over 3 m.
