安山煤矿三盘区工作面回采巷道支护参数研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了有效治理巷道顶板破碎问题,以安山煤矿132203工作面回风巷为研究对象,采用现场钻孔窥视的方法确定了顶板破碎范围,分析了顶板破碎的原因。建立了矩形巷道等效圆力学模型,通过理论计算得到了巷道塑性区分布范围,并利用数值模软件对巷道塑性区分布状况进行了模拟,进一步确定了支护参数和支护方案,增大了锚杆长度。研究表明:当巷道存在顶煤且锚杆长度较小时,顶煤裂隙发育明显,不利于巷道围岩的稳定。增大锚杆长度,将顶煤悬吊于坚硬岩层中,可有效缓解煤层变形现象,现场实践证明采用的支护方案较好地控制了顶板的变形。 In order to effectively control the problem of roof breakage in roadway,the research object is the return wind trough of the 132203 working face of Anshan Coal Mine,and the scope of roof breakage is determined by the method of field drilling peep,and the reason of roof breakage is analyzed.The equivalent circle mechanics model of rectangular roadway is established,and the distribution range of roadway plastic area is obtained by theoretical calculation,and the distribution condition of roadway plastic area is simulated by numerical model software,and the supporting parameters and supporting scheme are further determined,and the length of anchor rod is increased.The research shows that when there is roof coal and the length of anchor rod is small,the crack of top coal is obviously developed,which is not conducive to the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.Increasing the length of anchor rod and suspending top coal in hard rock stratum can effectively relieve the deformation of coal seam.
