摘要 针对煤矿数字化及BIM技术的应用现状,研发了基于开源三维引擎的Web3D可视化平台,以免插件、轻量化和跨平台的技术路线要求,对比主流基于WebGL的开源三维引擎框架,设计符合BIM模型可视化要求的矿用要素类数据描述结构管理信息模型。开发实现基于三维引擎的场景管理、模型可视化渲染和二三维界面融合功能,并基于现有相关BIM标准进行文件解析,将模型和属性信息的集成、转换和轻量化处理,利用Revit、AutoCAD、Civil3D、Bentley、NavisWorks等不同领域BIM设计和建模软件进行模型检验和集成,最后在Web3D可视化平台进行模型发布与可视化展示。提出了面对煤炭行业BIM技术应用亟待解决的问题、关键技术路线及组件,总结了跨煤矿设计、建设、运营不同阶段的BIM模型应用价值和应用场景。 By analyzing the current situation of coal mine digitalization and BIM technology application,the Web3 D visualization platform based on open-source 3 D engine is developed to avoid the technical route requirements of plug-in,lightweight and cross platform,and compared with the mainstream open-source 3 D engine framework based on Web GL.The management information model of mining element data description structure is designed which meets the requirements of BIM model visualization.The scene management,model visualization rendering and two or three-dimensional interface fusion function is realized based on three-dimensional engine.The files are parsed based on the existing relevant BIM standards,integrate,transform and lightweight the model and attribute information.Using BIM design and modeling software in different fields such as Revit,Auto CAD,Civil3 d,Bentley,Navis Works,etc.,the models are verified and integrated.Finally the model is published and visualized in Web3 D visualization platform.Also,the problems for the application of BIM in the coal industry,the key technical routes and components are pointed out,and the application value and application scenarios of BIM model in different stages of coal mine design,construction and operation are summarized.
