摘要
仿真方式在核电厂数字化仪控系统全范围模拟机研究、培训、设计等方面中起着重要作用。本文以阳江二期全范围模拟机为例,研究分析了逻辑控制层level1采用虚拟实物仿真方式、人机界面监控层level2采用实物仿真方式、KDS系统采用翻译仿真方式;结合现场应用情况,从精度、逼真度、稳定性、经济性、维护方面对比国内之前某核电站全范围模拟机的优缺点,得出当前采用的仿真方式易维护、成本降低约50%、逼真度达到95%,且更稳定。可为后续开发更先进DCSFSS数字化仪控系统提供重要的参考价值。
The simulation mode plays an important role in the research, training and design of the full scope simulator of the digital I & C system in nuclear power plant. Taking Yangjiang Phase II full scope simulator as an example, this paper analyzes the logic control level1 employing virtual physical simulation mode, man-machine interface monitoring level2 employing physical simulation mode, and KDS(Diversity Actuation System)system employing translation simulation mode. Combined with field application situation, the advantages and disadvantages of the full scope simulator of a nuclear power plant before in China were compared from the aspects of accuracy, fidelity, stability, economy and maintenance. It is concluded that the current simulation method is easy to maintain, the cost is reduced by about 50%, the fidelity is up to 95%, and it is more stable. It can provide important reference value for the subsequent development of more advanced DCSFSS digital I & C system.
