摘要 本文针对国内大型燃煤火电机组、单列高加设置的工艺系统,分别从运行方式、液位保护、液位自动调节品质等方面入手,全面排查分析系统的薄弱环节,进行可靠性探索并实现控制优化,系统解决了典型控制系统的可靠性问题,积累了一套有效提高控制系统可靠性的预控措施,为提升行业自动化水平提供重要借鉴。 In this paper, aiming at the process system of large-scale coal-fired thermal power unit and single high-pressure heater in China, starting from the operation mode, liquid level protection, liquid level automatic regulation quality and other aspects, the weak links of the system are comprehensively checked and analyzed, the reliability is explored and the control optimization is realized, the system solves the reliability problems of typical control system, and a set of effective control system reliability is accumulated. The preventive measures provide important reference for improving the automation level of the industry.
