摘要
温度是发电厂中监测设备状态的重要参数之一,涵盖从系统到设备的每个角落。随着DCS系统的广泛应用,温度参数不再仅仅局限于监视,已被广泛运用到保护回路和自动调节回路中。本文结合电厂实际情况,介绍如何利用DCS系统的强大计算和逻辑判断能力,对温度拒动和误动逻辑做出更合理的设计,实现温度保护、温度连续预测等功能。
Temperature is one of the important parameters to monitor equipment status in power plant, covering every corner from system to equipment. With the wide application of DCS system, temperature parameters are not only limited to monitoring, but also widely used in protection circuit and automatic regulation circuit. Based on the actual situation of power plant, this paper introduces how to use the powerful calculation and logic judgment ability of DCS system to make a more reasonable design for the logic of temperature misoperation and misoperation, so as to realize the functions of temperature protection and continuous temperature prediction.
