公共艺术已经逐步走进大众的视野,公共艺术作品通过各种途径和形式参与到社会生活中,影响人们的价值观和生活方式。这是城市作用于公众的一种方式,也是未来城市样貌和发展的影射。上海市近年来不断研究如何促进智慧城市的建设,并提出了许多有效的举措。而如何通过公共艺术的方式对城市生活起到促进作用,进一步加快智慧城市建设,完善"城市大脑"架构,成为设计师值得思考的新问题。本文通过实际案例分析探讨了"智慧城市"建设途中,以智能信息处理为技术支撑的公共艺术,作用于城市生活发展的方法和前景。

Public art has been commonly participating the social life in various ways and forms and therefore influenced people’s values and life styles. This is believed to be an impact of the city on the people and also a prospect for the city to develop and be recognized in the future. Shanghai has been devoted in building a smart city in recent years with fruitful proposals made. The public art should also take part in improving the urban life and accelerating the smart city construction. How it helps with the architecture of the "city brain" is worth consideration. This article raises examples of the real cases in which the public art serves the city life development based on the intelligent information technology.
