摘要
本文以2019年上海城市空间艺术季为例,分析公共艺术项目的运行机制。从政府层面进行构想,经由艺术管理咨询团队设计执行体系,探讨公共艺术项目执行的全过程。文章结合此次负责城市空间艺术项目永久作品策展执行和总承包的欣稚锋艺术机构的执行管理经验,为未来的城市空间艺术项目提供可供参考借鉴的执行方法。
This article takes the example of the 2019 Shanghai Urban Space Art Season to analyze the mechanism of public art programs. It proposes, on behalf of the government, a process of designing and executing the public art programs by professional art management and consult teams. Given the experience of Hong Chi Fung Art Institute in the executive management of the permanent works during this urban space art project, a reference is drawn to the future similar projects.
