髌上入路及髌下入路胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折疗效及预后比较的回顾性研究

A retrospective study on the effect and prognosis of tibial intramedullary nailing via suprapatellar approach and infrapatellar approach in the treatment of tibial shaft fracture

胫骨干骨折是临床常见的四肢骨折,约占全身性骨折的13.7%[1]。多因直接暴力(重物压伤、交通事故等)或间接暴力(高空坠落、滑倒等)所引起。近年来,随着经济飞速发展,运输业、重工业越来越被普及,胫骨干骨折的发病率逐年递增。髓内钉固定是治疗胫骨干骨折的常用方法,可有效恢复患肢功能,促进患者恢复。为进一步提高髓内钉固定疗效,临床逐渐聚焦于手术入路方式的选择。
